A large-scale protest is being organized on March 15, 2025, against the construction of the new Chinese mega embassyat Royal Mint Court, London. This protest is expected to be even larger and more organized than the one held on February 8, 2025, which caused major traffic disruptions across central London.
🚍 Thousands of Protesters Mobilized from Across the UK
Organizers have arranged buses to transport thousands of demonstrators from various cities to London, ensuring maximum turnout. The February 8 protest already saw significant participation, and with warmer weather and greater awareness in March, even more people are expected to join.
🚗 150 Cars to Block Key London Landmarks
A car blockade of approximately 150 vehicles is being planned around:
✔️ Tower of London
✔️ Tower Bridge
✔️ Royal Mint Court
This strategy is meant to intensify the disruption and draw attention to the concerns of the protesters.
📢 Bigger, More Organized, and High Media Attention
The February 8 protest already demonstrated the potential scale of these demonstrations. At the time, we reported that Google Maps showed the entire area in red, indicating major traffic congestion due to the protests. The image was widely shared, including by Royal Mint residents and local groups.
With better planning, warmer weather, and increased public support, the March 15 protest is expected to be the largest demonstration yet against the Chinese mega embassy.
