港人主理餐廳推介：利物浦 Cooking Papa
位置：85 Woolton Road, Liverpool , L19 6PL
交通：鄰近South Parkway火車站及巴士站，餐廳門外有免費咪錶可供停泊2小時。
大家嚟到異地，一定好想搵返啲熟悉嘅味道，去慰藉心靈同個亞洲胃。隨著越來越多港人移居利物浦，而家有多一個醫肚選擇 — Cooking Papa。
顧名思義，呢間餐廳係由爸爸主理，兩位店主嘅經營理念係想為大小朋友帶嚟熟悉、真正嘅亞洲味道，亦希望將爸爸嘅愛帶畀下一代，食物製作保證用心！
餐廳設有20個座位，裝修簡約、帶點屋企嘅溫馨感覺，適合家庭聚會或相約朋友，坐低邊食邊傾。
餐廳提供亞洲菜式，主打為泰式青咖喱雞飯、Pad Thai、日式咖喱炸豬扒飯以及韓式炸雞小食；飲品方面，就有港人摯愛熱奶茶同即磨咖啡。
泰式青咖喱雞
青咖喱以正宗泰國煮法，用椰漿不用水，咖喱口感香濃、雞肉嫩滑，唔覺唔覺就食晒成個飯。
Pad Thai
出名「甜、酸、辣」並重嘅泰北風味，亦另備辣椒碎、脆腰果、青檸、砂糖，讓食客自由添加，自創新口味。
日式咖喱炸豬扒飯
大家都掛住鄉下，又唔可以成日飛去日本，嚟Cooking Papa就可以食到回味鄉下嘅味道。
韓式炸雞

True to its name, this restaurant is led by dads, with the philosophy of bringing familiar and authentic Asian flavors for the next generation, passing on the love of fathers.
The restaurant, with 20 seats, has a simple yet cozy decor, suitable for meeting friends or family gatherings, providing a leisurely environment.
Offering Asian dishes, their specialties include Thai Green Curry Chicken Rice, Pad Thai, Japanese Curry Tonkatsu Rice, and Korean Fried Chicken. For drinks, they have beloved Hong Kong-style milk tea and freshly ground coffee.
Authentic Thai cooking method is used for the green curry, without adding a drop of water. The curry is rich & creamy, and the chicken is tender & juixy, making the meal a delightful experience.
Pad Thai, with a Northern Thai flavor, emphasizes the balance of “sweet, sour, and spicy,” providing chili flakes, crispy cashews, lime, and sugar for diners to create their own flavors.
Japanese Curry Tonkatsu Rice – a taste of the Japan for those missing it, and Cooking Papa brings that flavor without the need to frequently fly.
